Tournament Waiver - We realize that by registering, we acknowledge the rules and conditions set by the Tournament, and that MMHA assumes no responsibility for accident, injury or property damage or loss. Any damage to dressing rooms or arena property, will be reported to your association for payment.

Tournament Cancellation Policy - Withdrawal from any tournament after selection is confirmed by MMHA, will result in a refund of the tournament fee, less a $100 administration fee. Withdrawal from any tournament within 30 days of the tournament start date, will result in a forfeiture of the tournament fee. Withdrawal from any tournament within 7 days of the tournament start date, will result in a forfeiture of the tournament fee, plus a fine equal to 50% of the tournament fee. Withdrawal from any tournament following the commencement of the tournament will result in a forfeiture of the tournament fee, plus a fine equal to 100% of the tournament fee.
