New MMHA Rates for 2008-09 Season:
Initiation - $270
Atom - $300
Peewee & Jr Girls - $320
Bantam - $350
Midget/Juvenile - $360
Family Rate - 1st two players pay full regular rate,each additional receives $50 discount.
Rep Try-out fee - $60
Rep Fee - $200
*New Registration Deadline for 2008-09 MMHA Season: All players MUST be registered by July 31, 2008 or risk not playing.
The MMHA executive reserves the right to accept or refuse late registrations pending a review and a late fee will apply (new registrants are exempt from the late fee).
Note: we no longer have an early-bird discount.
Option of paying by 3 postdated cheques is available (June/July/August).
