All volunteers with MMHA must have a completed Criminal Record Check. Please click the below link to access the online CRC.
**NOTE: Once you have completed your CRC, please PRINT your submission(For your records only) and please EMAIL the date completed as well as the submission number to crc@merrittminorhockey.com. We cannot put you on a roster unless we have received this info.**
